CITI is pleased to announce a very special event on the evening of 17th November, 2007. In their its quest to make Calicut a powerhouse IT destination, the top minds of the IT industry, Government of Kerala and the IT infrastructure providers will draw up a roadmap to put Calicut on the path to IT glory.


CITI shall host 'ConnectCalicut' - a round table discussion on developing Calicut as an IT destination, followed by a corporate dinner at the Taj Residency, Calicut.

The event will consist of exchange of ideas from both the IT industry and the government on how both can work together to understand the needs of the IT industry and how Calicut can develop its infrastructure and realise its potential as the IT powerhouse in the near future. The objective of the meeting is to position Calicut as a potential destination for IT industries and to understand the concerns and requirements of IT companies to make it an attractive location. This is a major event in Calicut's calendar that will be attended by all the important persons working for the development of Calicut and Kerala and will receive widespread publicity and media coverage. We have invited top business media and influential writers in IT media to be present for the event to ensure wide coverage.
